Using this site
These terms cover your use of defcor.us, run by Defcor IT Systems. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on the site
The site describes our services in general terms. It is not professional advice for your situation, and it is not an offer or a contract. Prices, scope and timelines for any work are set in a written proposal or agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change it at any time.
Our AI assistant
The chat assistant and our AI phone assistant are automated. They can make mistakes, and what they say is not a quote, a promise or advice. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information with them. Anything that matters will be confirmed by a person on our team.
Your submissions
When you send us a form or a chat message, you confirm the details are yours to give and are accurate. How we handle them is described in our privacy policy at defcor.us/privacy-policy/.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Defcor or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, resell or republish the site's content without our written permission. Client names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other sites, such as a booking page run by Microsoft. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
